≪Description≫
Bernd Friberg began his career at the Gustavsberg workshop under Wilhelm Koge, and throughout his life produced many works on the potter's wheel himself, earning him the nickname ``The Hand of God.'' Along with Lisa Larson and Lindberg, he is one of the leading master craftsmen in Northern Europe, produced by the Gustavsberg Pottery. Although this work is small, it is a miniature vase that is thought to have been made in the 1960s and is very beautiful, typical of Friberg, with a rare cinnabar glaze on the egg-shaped body, which is popular among Friberg's works. The box is a match.
